At Lexacount Search, confidentiality is an integral part of our search process – we support the confidentially of our client and candidate information.  When working with Lexacount Search, clients and candidates can be sure that information shared in the search process will not be disclosed outside of that circumstance.  As a result, for candidates, among other protections, Lexacount Search Search Consultants will not submit candidate names to client employers without permission. Further, for clients, Lexacount Search only will use confidential information with candidates at an appropriate time and with permission for the purposes of conducting a search.
