What is the average length of a lawyer resume?

Law school graduates should keep their resume to a page in length. However, if you have solid work experience or extensive work history, your resume can longer. It is not necessary to squeeze your resume onto one page if you have enough substance for it to be longer.

Can Lexacount Search help recent law school graduates?

The Lexacount Search recruitment team encourages new law school graduates to work with their school’s career services office or their local bar association. Lexacount Search clients generally require a certain minimum number of years of experience in a particular field of practice. We do have contract projects that require less work experience from time to time so we welcome your resume and will keep it on file and be in touch if such an opportunity arises.
